Regardless of what you think about global warming, climate change and Al Gore – Jonathan Merritt says Creation Care is something we should all be concerned about.

He didn’t always believe that – but after taking a class at a conservative Southern Baptist Seminary he realized the importance of caring for the world around us and thinks you should too.

Merritt is a blogger, a faith and culture writer and founder of the Southern Baptist Environment and Climate Initiative.

Merritt is also the author of the book, “Green Like God: Unlocking the Divine Plan for Our Planet.”

at the beginning of July Stewart and his wife Avril were asked to go to the Holy Land to help to lead a week-long summer camp for a very special group of young people. these young people are Arab Christians living in Israel/Palestine, many of whom have suffered due to the violence in that volatile region.

Stewart and Avril share their thoughts on a week that changed their perceptions of the Holy Land, its people and its place at the center of their faith.
