Shaun Groves is getting closer and closer to releasing his latest (crowd-financed) album.

It’s been great watching from a far as he’s blogged about the process from the original song writing, to rewriting, to the recording process and now sharing one of the mastered tracks – All is Grace.

It’s a beautiful track with a simple lyric, reminding us of grace and how we respond.

this week we talk with shaun groves. shaun describes himself as a communicator who’s known by a lot of titles: singer/songwriter. speaker. blogger. husband. daddy. friend. he feels and thinks deeply and laughs easily. and though he spent a number of years at the top of the CCM charts, he’s now found his voice and passion in being a spokesperson for compassion around the world.

this week we talk with wife and mother Kari McHam, who helps lead a house church in Waco, Texas with her husband Dave. she also co-leads a ministry, Porcelain Dolls that ministers to dancers and workers in the Waco area adult entertainment industry.

We are a group of imperfect women covered by the indescribable grace and mercy of a loving God who desire to share that same grace and mercy to a group of imperfect women in hopes of seeing them gain the same freedom we have found through a relationship with a loving Father.
Our vision is to reach out to women who are currently working in the sex industry, and to show them that there is freedom from their past, that they are precious and worthy of love.
Our mission is to encourage and to offer them hope through a non-judgmental relationship with Jesus Christ. Our hope is that they will know they are loved just as they are regardless of where they are in life or where they’ve come from.

this week we talk with pastor and author dave schmelzer (and realize that jonathan can’t say schmelzer’s name correctly more than once). schmelzer is the author of the book, “not the religious type – confessions of a turncoat atheist.”

schmelzer talks about his experience in turning towards Christ and how he’s begun changing his mindset from bounded sets to a more open and accepting centered sets.

we also hear from special co-host stewart cutler who fills in for thomas while thomas is resting and hopefully recovering from his battle with gallstones.
